He obtained his California real estate broker license in 2006 and maintains active licenses in both California and Arizona. His expertise spans conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan programs, allowing him to craft tailored solutions for a wide range of borrowers — from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.
